Meet the team!

  • Noah Battaglia

    Graduate Student

    Noah is a second-year graduate student in the Developmental Psychology Master’s program at Wilfrid Laurier University. He joined MAP Lab after completing a BA in Psychology at Laurier. His research interests include moral development and children’s understanding of lie-telling.

  • Jacqueline Di Biase

    Graduate Student

    Jacqueline is a first-year graduate student in the Developmental Psychology Master’s program at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is returning to the MAP Lab after completing an Honours bachelor's degree at Laurier. Her research interests focus on early childhood development, with a particular emphasis on prosocial behaviours and moral development in children.

  • Avery Bruin

    Lab Manager

    Avery is a recent graduate of the psychology program at Wilfrid Laurier University. Holding a minor in criminology, She has interests in the development of early and middle childhood aggressive tendencies and how they affect children’s development longitudinally.

  • Maddie Dunn

    Honours Thesis Student

    Maddie is in her fourth year of her undergraduate degree in Psychology and is completing her honours thesis under the supervision of Dr. Jambon. She has experience as a camp counsellor and running children's programming and enjoys working with children. Maddie hopes to continue to work with children in her future career in psychology and is interested in developmental psychology, in particular, the development of moral reasoning. 

  • Isha Dhode

    Volunteer Research Assistant

    Isha is a graduate of the psychology program at the University of Waterloo. Her research interests include the role of social agents in children’s emotional development and the intersecting components that predict prosocial and antisocial behaviours in childhood.

  • Anastasia Bilodeau

    Volunteer Research Assistant

    Anastasia is an expected graduate of the Psychology program at Wilfrid Laurier University. She has extensive experience working with children, having served as a camp activities director at Camp Kumuntome and currently volunteering at a local Applied Behaviour Analysis clinic. Her areas of interest include how social influences impact the development of children's and adolescents' moral reasoning. Further, she intends to pursue a Master's in Occupational Therapy to continue her education.
